
Strength Foundation Semi-Private Group Class
Join us in our 4-week semi-private group class!
Designed to help you build a solid foundation in strength and functional movement, with expert coaching and a supportive environment. Each session will focus on proper technique, movement quality, and helping you feel strong and confident in your body.
Program Details
Location: LIFE Studio (788 Copping St., North Vancouver)
Group Size: Max 4 participants (so you get plenty of attention!)
Session Times: Mondays and Thursdays, 6:00–7:00 PM
